1. Service Quotations & Site Measurements

All final installation quotes are subject to physical site inspection and dimension verification by our technicians. Initial WhatsApp or telephone estimates serve as approximate guidelines until site measurements are confirmed.

2. Scope of Work & Product Materials

BalcoShield Safety Solutions installs safety netting and invisible grills according to agreed site specifications. Material grades (HDPE netting, 316 SS wire) and fixing methods are detailed prior to installation.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must secure any required apartment association (RWA/facility manager) approvals prior to scheduled installation. Access to electrical power for drill equipment must be provided at the site.
